Buttler utilizes JS AnyCasting, the premier casting flow software to design runners, gates and venting. This excellent simulation software combined with our experience leads to exceptional quality castings. Avariety of 3D design software is utilized to support die casting tooling, CNC fixtures and gage creation. We have been successful developing tooling for large die casting programs from customers like: VolksWagen.

Buttler deploys 10 cold chamber die casting machines from 160 ton to 1600 ton with fully automated controls for the melting, spraying and trimming for aluminum die casting production.

Buttler offers the popular aluminum die casting alloys such as:ADC12, A380, AlSi9Cu3, and AlSi12.

  CNC machining is a core strength of Buttler and our machine tools, programming, processes and inspection methods allow us to offer this service at exceptional value to our customers.
  Our secondary finishing operations combined with our CNC allow us to complete the part finishing requirements to your specifications within Buttler. This creates better quality control, improves costs and reduces processing time. We offer tumbling, automated shot blasting, ultrasonic washing and assembly services to our partners entirely managed within our operations. In addition to our in-house capabilities we also provide E-Coat, Powder Coat, Anodizing and surface treatments for castings though our extended supply chain.

A: Mold leadtime:Within 30days upon we receive the 50% of mold charges.
     Batch production leadtime: With 15days upon we receive the 30% deposit.

Q: Can you make the parts based on the samples?
A: Yes, we could make measurement based on your samples and make the tooling die.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Mold :50% deposit +50% after the samples is approved.
   
Batch production: 30% deposit +70% before shipment.
